M.I.A My Waist...

I shamefully admit I gained 50 pounds while pregnant!Wayland will be 6 weeks tomorrow and I've lost 20 so far but I know the other 30 will be much slower coming off.I guess you can consider this stage the "4th trimester",not pregnant but unfortunately still look pregnant.I hate looking into my closet at all the things I still can't wear but I guess I should use it as motivation to loose the rest of this weight asap.

Here's my big guy enjoying (I say that sarcastically) some floor time:

This is 1 if the many dresses I picked up while pregnant for $6.00 even though I knew I wouldn't be wearing it anytime soon I couldn't pass it up!

  3. Beautiful dress and BEAUTIFUL Baby! Don't be too hard on yourself re the waist line. It takes us 9 months to grow those munchkins so don't stress too much about getting back to the shape you were before.Just worry about the healthy, happy, part and it will happen naturally in it's own time.
In the meantime, I highly recommend supporting your mid section with either a new short style girdle, or even breaking out the old fashion girdle as it still does a good job. It will help with your shape, but more so, provide really important compression and support to help your skin and muscle shrink back to where they need to be.

  6. Hello ~ I'm new to your blog this morning (found you from "Black Olives on my Fingertips.") I have a set of those "I'll hold the teabag" strawberries with the stand. Excellent condition (if you're interested!) :o) I've had them for years & have never displayed them. Just kept them packed away.

Your little guy is adorable! Congrats!
