My Favorite Color as a Child...

My favorite color as a child was lavender.I remember I had a lavender Schwinn with a banana seat adorned with lavender polka dots that to this day I'm still slightly upset that my mother got rid of it.I found this dress at an antique mall back in Indiana when I was still pregnant with Wayland.I bought it in hopes that I'd get my old waist line back and though I still have a few more inches to lose it does fit!

It has been pretty off and on rainy this week.Yesterday when I wore this it was originally to photograph this purse which is now listed in my shop =)

Looks like today is going to be more of the same weather wise.I'm not complaining though,I'm quite fond of the rain.

    That dress is so sweet and you look great in it.
    I love those straw designed bags.. they are so darn cute. I found one last year while garage saling and I was WAY EXCITED! lol

    Solanah thanks!Just my Bonne Bell Dr Pepper chapstick and light eye makeup,I do love my red lipstick but even lips need a break from time to time.

    that dress is gorgeous hun. that purple is such a perfect color for you...and have i told you lately how great you look? cuz you do..and i agree with solanah, minus red lips is perfect for this dress. I get sick of wearing my red lipstick all the time but i kind of feel obligated to..ya know? Anyway, you look fantastic and that dress is A-damn-dorable on you!
